1. Our Refund Promise
NameAligned.com offers a single paid product: the Complete Chaldean Numerology Report at ₹199. Because this is a digitally generated product, it is delivered instantly upon successful payment verification.
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Non-delivery: Your report was not delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
- Payment charged but no report generated: Your account was debited but the report page did not load or no confirmation email was received.
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same report.
- Technical failure: The report was generated but contained a blank or clearly corrupted output (i.e., no numerological data).
2. When We Cannot Offer a Refund
Because the report is generated and delivered digitally and instantly, we are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
- You have received and viewed your complete report but are unhappy with the content or interpretation.
- You entered incorrect details (wrong name spelling, wrong date of birth) and the report was generated based on that information.
- You changed your mind after the report was delivered.
- More than 24 hours have passed since payment and the report was delivered successfully.
Important: Please double-check your name spelling and date of birth before completing payment. Numerology results are highly sensitive to exact input — a single letter difference changes the name number.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the conditions above, follow these steps:

Within 24 hours of your payment. Use the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name]"

Include your Razorpay Payment ID
Found in your payment confirmation email from Razorpay. Starts with "pay_" (e.g., pay_ABC123xyz). Without this we cannot locate your transaction.

Briefly describe the issue
One or two sentences explaining what went wrong — e.g., "I was charged ₹199 but the report page showed an error."

We confirm within 24 hours
We will acknowledge your request within 24 business hours and process eligible refunds within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Credit/Debit cards: 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
- UPI: Typically 1–3 business days.
- Net banking: 3–5 business days.
- Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.): Typically 2–3 business days.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method only. We cannot transfer refunds to a different account or method.
5. Cancellations
NameAligned.com does not operate any subscription or recurring billing. The ₹199 report is a one-time purchase. There is therefore no subscription to cancel. Each purchase is a standalone transaction.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us at refund@namealigned.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. We respond quickly and resolve legitimate issues without the need for formal disputes, which are costly and slow for both parties.
Fraudulent chargebacks (where the report was delivered and used) will be contested with evidence provided to the payment processor.
7. Free Tool
The free numerology analysis on analyzer involves no payment. There is nothing to refund for free features.
